COMPANY PROFILE

Boyd Development Corporation is an Orlando-based real estate development company formed in 1991 by Scott T. Boyd. The firm has grown to include ten employees with expertise in areas of development, acquisitions and leasing. The primary focus of the company relates to build-to-suit development throughout Central Florida. We have developed or acquired nearly $300 million in real estate.

Some of our projects include more than forty freestanding Walgreens drugstores in the Central Florida area, as well as thirty 7-Eleven gas / convenience stores throughout central, west and southwest Florida. In addition, the company has worked with many other major retail / commercial users including Publix, Wal-Mart and various national and regional banks, such as Bank of America, AmSouth and SunTrust.

Tenants in our retail buildings include such nationally-known companies as Blockbuster, Regis and Original Mattress Factory.
